Magnific

Magnific is an AI image upscaling and enhancement tool that increases image resolution while generating new photorealistic detail. Unlike traditional upscalers that just enlarge existing pixels, Magnific uses a diffusion model — an AI system trained to fill in plausible visual information — to add texture, sharpness, and depth guided by your text prompt and creative controls. How Magnific works

Magnific takes your source image and runs it through a diffusion process that simultaneously increases resolution and generates new detail. You control how much creative freedom the AI has through three main sliders.

• Creativity: Controls how much new detail the AI invents. At 0, the output stays very close to the original. At 100, the AI significantly reimagines texture, surface detail, and depth based on your text prompt. Most users stay between 20 and 50 for controlled enhancement.
• HDR: Boosts contrast, shadow detail, and highlight separation to give the image a more cinematic, three-dimensional look. Particularly useful for product photography and portrait work.
• Resemblance: Determines how closely the upscaled result matches the original composition and colours. High Resemblance keeps the image recognisable; lower values give the AI more room to interpret.
• Text prompt: You describe what kind of detail you want added — skin texture, fabric grain, architectural stone, foliage — and Magnific uses this to steer the hallucination. A prompt like “highly detailed skin texture, soft natural light” produces different results than no prompt at all.

The whole process runs in the cloud. You upload an image, adjust the controls, and get a higher-resolution version back. Upscaling can go up to 16x the original resolution depending on your plan.
