What should your team automate first?

Every team has one workflow quietly eating the most hours, usually nobody has mapped it yet. Tell us your function, what is eating the time, and where you are with AI today. We will name the specific build worth trying first, who on your team should run the pilot, and a 90-day plan you can act on this week.

How we help

Get your time back. Get ahead of the room.

The build above is one win. This cohort makes it easier to ship six more, the kind your whole team keeps, over eight Saturdays.

01

A system the whole team uses, not scattered prompts.

One person finds a clever prompt, nobody else hears about it. We turn the build above into something repeatable, the kind of thing a manager can point to and say that saved us real hours.

02

Every Saturday ends in something shipped.

Not a watched webinar, not a tutorial queued for later. Each session ends with a working build your team actually uses the next week.

03

Move ahead of the room, not just catch up.

While other teams are still experimenting, yours leaves with seven real builds and a 90-day plan already running.

Eight Saturdays. Seven builds. Your team leaves owning all of them.

How we're different

We don't teach AI at your team. We build it into their week.

The value isn't a certificate. It's internal people who can build, reusable workflows that outlast the cohort, and a short list of pilots with real owners.

Practitioner-led

Taught by people who run their own work on AI

Operators, founders and brand leads from teams like Dialog Axiata, MAS, John Keells and Wavenet, teaching the way they actually work day to day.

Build every Saturday

Working builds, not lecture notes

Every Saturday ends with something your team made and owns, ready to use the next week. The full run is mapped out below.

In the room together

Real peers, real accountability

Run in person as a cohort, so your people learn alongside others doing the same work, instead of a self-paced course nobody finishes.

Momentum that lasts

A plan that outlives demo day

Your team leaves with a peer-reviewed plan to act on and the HatchWorks network behind it, so the work keeps moving once the cohort ends.

The eight Saturdays

Each week ends with something real.

Saturdays, 2pm to 6pm, at Hatch Works (Week 7 runs online). Around 32 live hours plus build time between sessions.

01

Your personal AI operating system

Claude Code, a knowledge base, voice capture and task tools, set up and running by the end of the day, plus a prompt library written for each person's role.

02

A custom assistant trained on your company

An AI assistant grounded in your own company context and role docs, live and queryable inside your team's day-to-day workflow.

03

A 60-second AI video, made in-house

Script, voiceover, visuals and music for a complete AI-generated video ad, produced without a studio.

04

A deployed app on a public URL

A live AI-powered web app solving a real problem in your domain, accessible to anyone via a public link.

05

A 90-day roadmap and AI policy

A peer-reviewed 90-day AI implementation roadmap your team can run from Monday morning, plus a practical AI usage policy.

06

Your department deep-dive

The cohort splits by function: HR, Finance, Sales and Marketing, or Operations and Tech. Your people build a domain-trained assistant and a live automation for the exact work they do.

07

Hackathon build (online)

An online build week: your team assembles everything into one working solution for your field, with practitioner support between sessions.

08

Hackathon and demo day

The finished domain-specific solution presented to the cohort on Demo Day and signed off by a practitioner.

The real stack

Not theory. The actual tools your team gets hands-on with.

We don't name-drop. Your people build with these in the room, then keep the ones that fit their work. Here's a slice, plus a curated library of 1,000+ more across 40 categories.

Who's in the room

Practitioners, not presenters.

Led by Ammar and Isuru, with ten more practitioners each running a session in their own field. Your team can connect with them after the cohort.
